Can I cancel my order?
Strictly no cancellations. Let's respect each other's time and effort. You can only cancel if:
a) the item is out of stock ;
b) the Group Order (GO) is cancelled ; or
c) manufacturer's faults

I can't make my payment on time but I still want to push through my order, what can I do?
Check out our downpayment options if you cannot commit to a full payment yet. Otherwise, think about your life choices: why buy something you can't afford yet?

Can I cancel my order?
Strictly no cancellations. You can only cancel if:
a) the item is out of stock ;
b) the go is cancelled ;
c) manufacturer's faults ; or
d) you will have to pay the cancellation fee (50% of the price of the item)

I can't make my payment on time but I still want to push through my order, what can I do?
Send us a Direct Message (DM) and we might consider giving you a Down Payment (DP) option.

Can I pay thru remittance centers?
No.

Can I cancel my order?
Admin Laa Laa allows you to not push through your orders with no penalty as long as you have not yet paid for it. However, once payment has been made, cancellation will no longer be allowed.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email notification within 24 hours after you have successfully placed your orders. Please let us know if you still haven't received after the given time period. However, please note that there are times when Admin Laa Laa schedules mass sending of email confirmation. Please see Twitter for updates.

I haven't entered my shipping address yet, why is that?
Admin Laa Laa will only be asking for your shipping details once all of your items has arrived in her address. This is to avoid possible mishaps due to changes in decision in between your placement of order and the items' arrival.

Can I combine shipping with my other orders? How about with my friends?
You can absolutely can! All information regarding shipping will be asked once your orders have arrived including invoice numbers you want to combine shipping with.

I can't make my payment on time but I still want to push through my order, what can I do?
We will be happy to accommodate you as long as you notify us beforehand. At the very least, 24 hours before Deadline of Payment (DOP).

What happens if I don't pay on time?
We will not accommodate your order(s).

What happens if I pay on time but wasn't able to submit my payment form?
No refunds will be given and we will not be accommodating your order(s). All these were mentioned in our Terms & Conditions (T&C) before you filled out your order form as well as in our emails. At this point, we expect all customers to understand that by filling out the form and by placing your payment, this means you agree to our T&C.

I don't have a bank account or GCash, how should I fill the refund form?
Please make sure you have a working bank account or GCash before making your payment. If you do not have one, perhaps you may ask for you relatives' or friends' account(s).

Why are you refunding my payment? I placed my order very early!
Some items can easily be sold out due to high demand from our fellow fans. Which is why we advise to settle your payment as soon as possible in order to successfully secure your slot.

You really won't refund me? Why?
Let us save both our times by reading everything carefully before proceeding. We will not be asking you for cancellation fee/s but we will not be refunding your payment.

Since you won't be refunding me, can I use the payment instead to buy your other items?
No.

Why are my preorder items taking so long to arrive?
Our deepest and sincerest apologies for this. Our boxes from South Korea only ships once a month. It's possible that we have to wait a little longer for it to arrive as we also fill the box with as much items as possible for it to be cheaper for both sides: the buyer and the seller.

I asked for (this member) for pooling but I got a different member. Why?
Please be noted that we asked for a list of your priority in the order form. Unfortunately, if we don't have enough orders, this means we have smaller roster of items for the pooling. We also suggest to make your payments as soon as you can so that you can place higher in the list which means higher chances of getting your preferred member.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SUBMITTING YOUR FORM
Please only fill out and submit your order form if you are 100% sure about orders. Strictly no changing of orders, if you wish to update, please submit a new form. You can pay for the shipping fee once the items arrive in the Philippines and once you have received an email notification regarding your items. Cancellation of orders is not allowed, doing so will mean you will be added to list of joy reservers and will be refused service in the future.

PAYMENTS
Full payment is needed unless an option for down payment is stated otherwise. Payments should be made on or before deadline. A separate payment form will be sent once we have received your order form in which the buyer will have to fulfill. Failure to send your payment form on time means you are forfeiting your order and while there will be no charges, no refund will be given. Multiple or combined payments with other items or buyers is not allowed. This is so we can track everything accordingly. Payments are non-refundable once everything has been settled unless the items are out of stock or sold out. Meaning, if you sent us payments and payment forms AFTER the cutoff, we will not be securing your orders nor refunding your payment.

ISSUING OF REPLACEMENT/REFUND
We will be needing a clear unedited unboxing video from the buyer once the items arrive. This is to resolve any discrepancies easily. Pictures of defects would not be entertained. Please do email us your unboxing video or link to your unboxing video at [email protected] if such circumstances occur. Please keep in mind that in any case that a refund is needed (eg. item is sold out or we could not provide the product anymore), refunds will only be available through Gcash or bank transactions. No unedited unboxing video, no replacement and/or refund.

SUBMITTING YOUR FORM
Pakiusap lamang po na sumagot at mag-submit lang ng form kung ikaw ay sigurado sa mga orders mo. Hindi na maaaring magpalit pa ng orders kung ikaw ay nakapag-submit na ng order form. Kung may gusto silang palitan, kinakailangan na mag-submit ng panibagong form. Pwede mong bayaran ang shipping fee kapag nandito na ang mga items sa Pilipinas at makakareceive ka ng email tungkol dito. Hindi na pwedeng mag-kansela pa ng order kung ikaw ay nakapagbayad na. Maaaring mailista sa joy reservers at 'di na muling aasikasuhin pa sa susunod.

PAYMENTS
Kinakailangan na magbayad nang buo puera na lamang kung may nabanggit na pwedeng mag-downpayment. Kinakailangang makapagbayad sa araw or sa mga araw bago ang deadline. May payment form na kailangang sagutan kapag nareceive na namin ang order form mo. Kapag hindi nakapag-sagot ng payment form sa tamang oras, ibig sabihin ay pinapawalang bisa mo na ang order mo. Walang dagdag na bayad ang kina-kailangan pero hindi na rin namin ibabalik ang bayad na naibigay na pagkatapos ng deadline. Nakikiusap kami na 'wag paghaluin ang bayad ng iba't-ibang order, ito ay para masigurado namin na tama ang lahat ng impormasyon at para ma-track namin nang maayos ang lahat. Ang naibayad na ay 'di na maaaring mabalik pa puera nalang kung out of stock o sold out na ang order mo. Ibig sabihin, kung magbabayad ka o sasagot ka ng payment form PAGKATAPOS ng cutoff, hindi na namin ipo-proseso o ibabalik ang bayad.

ISSUING OF REPLACEMENT/REFUND
Kinakailangan namin ng malinaw at 'di pa nae-edit na unboxing video mula sa mga mamimili kung hinahangad nilang palitan o i-refund ang natanggap na mga gamit mula sa amin. Ito ay para maayos agad ang mga isyu nang walang probelma. Hindi husto ang simpleng litrato lamang. Nakikiusap kami na i-email ang unboxing video o link sa iyong video sa [email protected] kung may ganitong mga pangyayari. Paki-notaryo na lamang po na kung kinakailangan ng refund (halimbawa: sold out na o hindi na namin kayang ibigay ang item), makakapagbigay lamang kami gamit ang Gcash o sa banko. Kung walang unboxing video, wala ring refunds at/o pamalit.
